Kuulee provides AI-powered website generation and hosting services. You may use our platform to create enterprise websites, e-commerce stores, technical blogs, or paid content sites.
You may not use Kuulee to generate content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, or otherwise violates applicable laws. You bear full legal responsibility for all website content created through our service.
The website content you create (copy, images, layout plans) is your intellectual property. Kuulee's platform code, Block templates, and design system remain the property of Kuulee.
We commit to 99.9% service availability. Brief interruptions due to force majeure, third-party service failures, or scheduled maintenance do not constitute a breach. Major maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance.
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment. After refund, your site will be downgraded to the Starter plan — paid features like custom domains will be disabled, but your site data will not be lost.
Kuulee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your site data will be exportable for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
